“It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days. They didn't spray off the mud that was tracked outside, so it kept getting tracked in. Someone had a BMW parked outside the entrance all day, and it was kind of in everyone's way. I don't……

“Staff was extremely helpful! I did checkout Saturday night because we had no power from the storm but the gentleman at the front desk was so great said I wouldn't be charged for Saturday stay due to power outage. I think that was so great they would do that I was booked until Sunday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will stay there anytime im in Norman OK.”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

“On July 4th there was no electricity in our room from 6pm-9am..! The front clerk couldn’t have cared less about our comfort and concerned!! He literally didn’t care! He didn’t offer anything than unprofessionalism and no compassion!! We had no TV and totally in the dark..! We weren’t able to take a shower until 11am.. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of the President!!”
